Also in my life these grains of sand have caused a lot of trouble and for a long times things didn’t work out that well. This all shifted the moment I started to study, apply and train myself in the art of SELF leadership. From experience I can say that SELF leadership will provide all the solutions needed in managing any challenge you encounter as a young corporate leader!
Like a diamond SELF leadership has also many facets. I have captured the major facets into, what I call, the 7 Pillars. I see these 7 Pillars as the foundation through which this art can be developed.
